Mac Printing Issue Resolution

The printing issue for Mac workstations discovered on 22-Apr-2024 has now been resolved. There was Mac devices were not being able to print and see an "Encryption Credentials are expired" error in the print queue.

You can now print to your previously installed HOPE-Black and White or HOPE-Colour printers. 

However, if you continue to receive the error, please follow these steps:

1. Open your System Settings then navigate to Printers and Scanners.

2. Click on HOPE-Black and White then click the Remove Printer button.

3. Click on HOPE-Colour and click the Remove Printer button.

4. Open up a Finder window and navigate to <your login> -> Library -> Printers.

5. If they exist, delete HOPE-Black and White and HOPE-Colour.

6. Go to this link in a browser: https://print.hope.edu.kh:9164/setup.

7. Click on Download and open the package to install the printers.

8. Print any document to HOPE-Black and White.

   1. If prompted to authenticate, enter your HOPE login credentials and click Rememer in this password in my keychain.

9. Go to the print release link to confirm your print job was queued: https://print.hope.edu.kh:9192/app?service=page/UserReleaseJobs

If printing from Chrome, you can still use the Mobility Printers as described in this page.
