We attempt to prioritise support based on learning impact:
Learning disrupted across the whole school (e.g. school wide Internet or Wifi issues, authentication problems, etc)
Learning disrupted for multiple students (e.g. classroom AV, teacher device not working, etc)
Learning disrupted for an individual student (e.g. student device not working, forgotten password, etc)
Other issues
Please help us to understand the impact of your issue so we can prioritise it appropriately. If it's impacting learning, please drop in or send a messenger so we can help right away.
The ICT Office is located in S19, on the same level as the library. You are welcome to drop in to ask for help. Our usual office hours are 7:15am (or after devotions) until 4pm. You can also submit a request by email to ict@hope.edu.kh.
