Printing at HOPE is managed through PaperCut which allows staff and students to print from Chrome, Windows, macOS, Android and iOS. To get started, head to https://print.hope.edu.kh:9164/setup (or use the HOPE bookmark in Chrome) while you're connected to the school network. More detailed instructions are available below.
There are 6 managed printers at HOPE in 5 different locations. All 6 printers are capable of printing in colour but please keep in mind colour printing costs over 5 times as much as printing in black and white so please only use colour when it is necessary:

Video Instructions - Chrome
Make sure you are signed in to Chrome with your HOPE account
In the print dialog box choose a printer using the "Destination" drop down. Choose "See more" if you don't see the printer you want
Choose either the black and white printer queue or the colour printer queue
The first time you use a printer you may need to sign in to print. Click the "Sign in with Google" button. If you see an error, you may need to be added to the right group to print to that printer. Take a screenshot and email ict@hope.edu.kh requesting help
After you print, print jobs will need to be released from a printer.
See the Chrome instructions above if you just need to print PDFs, Google Docs or emails from Chrome. If you'd like to be able to print from other Windows applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Photos you will need to install the printers locally using PaperCut Mobility Print. Watch the following video or read the instructions to learn how.
Navigate to https://print.hope.edu.kh:9164/setup (or use the HOPE bookmark in Chrome) while you're connected to the school network
Download and run the installer (you will need admin rights)
Select all the printers for your campus
Enter your HOPE username — your email address without the @hope.edu.kh part — and your HOPE password
Once you're done, the printers will show up in all Windows applications (and twice in Chrome)
Optional - remove old printers you don't need any more

Print Authentication on macOS
The first time you print (and again if you change your HOPE password) you will need to sign in:
Enter your HOPE username — your email address without the @hope.edu.kh part — and your HOPE password
Tick "Remember this password in my keychain"
After printing, print jobs do not come out straight away, they need to be released. Print release is less convenient than just printing straight away but it reduces waste, improves confidentiality and is more flexible.
Print jobs sent to either queue can be released at any of the 5 printing locations.
To reduce waste, print jobs not released within 6 hours will be automatically cancelled. If you still need it, you will need to send the print job again.
There are two ways to access the print release app from your mobile, by scanning a print release QR code or bookmarking the app (e.g. on your phone home screen).
QR Code Scanning
After sending your print job, use your mobile phone to scan the QR code on the front or top of the printer
All waiting jobs will be selected. Adjust the selection and then press the green "Release" button
Tap the "Printers" button at the top left to release to a different printer
Tap the "Jobs" button at the top right to see all your print jobs, including ones from the other queue
"Install" the app on your phone
Navigate to https://print.hope.edu.kh:9192/mr
Add a shortcut to that page to your home screen
Common
The first time you use either method you will need to authenticate; enter your HOPE username — your email address without the @hope.edu.kh part — and your HOPE password
Not everyone wants to carry a phone at work and not everyone has pockets that will fit a phone so you can also release your print jobs from any web browser:
Navigate to https://print.hope.edu.kh:9192/app?service=page/UserReleaseJobs on the school network (or use the "Print Release" short cut in HOPE bookmarks, pictured)
Choose the printer to release them to
Choose one or more jobs to release
