We have a known issue with Mac devices not being able to print and see an "Encryption Credentials are expired" error in the print queue.
If you are printing a document from a Chrome browser, you can still print following these steps.
This includes files from Google Drive, Gmail, Classroom, etc. and not files stored on your local computer.
Make sure you have already installed Papercut from here: http://print.hope.edu.kh:9163/setup (if you were able to print before, this is most likely already done)
Open your document in Chrome and click Print
In the Destination selection, click the See more... option
4. Click the HOPE-Black and White - [HOPE-Print1] option (the one with the Mobility Print icon to the right)
5. Choose options and print
You may be prompted to login to PaperCut. Use your Google credentials (should only be prompted the first time)
6. Release the job like normal from here: https://print.hope.edu.kh:9192/app?service=page/UserReleaseJobs
Printing files stored locally from Mac instead of a Chrome browser is still not functioning. We hope to have a solution shortly.
